IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. When your abstract is accepted for either oral or poster presentation, you will have to submit an abstract of 50 words and a full paper of max 5 pages in ENGLISH.
  2. By submitting the 50-word abstract and the full text of the abstract accepted for oral or poster presentation for publication by the Organizing Committee of the LMHI Congress in 2014, the author implicitly waives its copyright.
  3. Authors of accepted oral and/or poster presentations are NOT exempted from paying the registration fee. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS 

  • Abstracts must be typed in English, French or Spanish not exceeding 300 words, and must be submitted as a Word document (.doc or .docx). The word count does NOT include the title, authors and affiliations.
     
  • Use font ‘Times New Roman’ 12 characters per inch (font size 12)
     
  • Title: Type your title in bold sentence case with NO full stop at the end, e.g.:
    The title of my abstracts is in bold sentence case
  • Type family name of the authors first followed by the initial(s) of the first name(s)
    Rubens P.P., Monet C., Turner J.M.W.  

  • Type affiliation underneath the authors: Dept., Institution/company, City, Country. Do not list street addresses, nor postal codes.

    Where there are multiple affiliations, each should be listed. Each organisation should appear in the order used against the author names and show the appropriate superscript number, e.g.:

    Rubens P.P. 1, Monet C2.
    1Dept. A, University B, Town C, State, USA; 2Dept. D, Company F, Town G, UK 

  • Type emails of all the authors underneath the affiliation
     
  • Use single spacing
     
  • Do NOT include tables/figures (you can show these in your PowerPoint presentation) 
     
  • Case Reports must be structured as follows:
    • Background
    • Case
    • Conclusion
       
  • Provings should be presented as follows:
    • Presentation of the studied remedy 
    • Presentation of the methodology used 
    • (Desirable) Clinical confirmation
    • Contribution of the study for the homeopathic practice
    • In the case of theoretical presentations on the methodology of provings, specify the references used and the novelty
